It's also great for overnight and for light to moderate bladder leaks but take note that the padding is thicker and will take longer to dry. Most of our customers find the Heavy absorption to be more than adequate.
At Blushproof®, we try to keep our sizing the same as the large retail stores, such as Woolworths and H&M, so if you know your size there, then you know your size at Blushproof. For example, if you buy ages 11 for your daughter then it'll be 11 on our site; or if you buy L for yourself, then you'll buy L Blushproofs. (We've found that our sizing is smaller than Jockey, so a L Jockey would be the same as M Blushproofs)
