At Blushproof®, we try our best to match our sizing to popular retailers, Woolworths and Cotton on. For example, if your daughter generally wears Age 11 (or Age 11-12) then our Tween products, size - Age 11 should fit. Take note, if your daughter is, for example 11, but you normally buy her size Small underwear, then please choose size Small Blushproofs. Tween age 11 will be too small! For Tween sizing, size Age 13-14 in other stores is generally the same as Blushproof Tween Age 13 or Blushproof Adult Size XS.

Another example, if you buy Large for yourself, then you'll purchase Blushproofs in a size Large.

Note: Jockey sizes tend to run smaller, so a Jockey Large is closer to a Blushproof Medium.

  • We offer Door-to-Door shipping nationwide for R110 using Internet Express.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Tracking details will be sent via email once shipped.
  • Shipping can take up to 5 working days.

Due to the nature of our items, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds. Please be sure to select the correct items when ordering to avoid disappointment.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You have 7 days in which to log a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@blushproof.co.za. Please send photos showing any issues.

Refunds due to damages or issues
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded via EFT. Refunds can take up to 7 days to process.

Comfy and not bulky. The absence of an elastic band around the waist makes it extra comfy. Doesn't slip down. Dries more quickly than other brands I've tried. Comes with a free carry pouch which is really useful. My only regret is not buying sooner.
