At Blushproof®, we try our best to match our sizing to popular retailers like Woolworths and Cotton on. For example, if your daughter generally wears Age 11 (or Age 11-12) then our Tween products, size - Age 11 should fit. Take note, if your daughter is, for example 11, but you normally buy her size Small underwear, then please choose size Small Blushproofs. Tween age 11 will be too small! For Tween sizing, size Age 13-14 in other stores is the generally the same as Blushproof Tween Age 13 or Adult Size XS.
Another example, if you buy Large for yourself, then you'll purchase Blushproofs in a size Large.
Note: Jockey sizes tend to run smaller, so a Jockey Large is closer to a Blushproof Medium.

We are currently making to order.
Your order will most likely be made within 3-4 WORKING days. Once made, only then will it be booked with the courier of your choice.
We offer various shipping options at checkout, including a Click & Collect solution using BobBox or Pargo versus a Door-to-Door solution using The Courier Guy.
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout once you have chosen your shipping option. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Tracking details will be sent by email once shipped.
Due to the nature of our items, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds. Please be sure to select the correct items when ordering to avoid disappointment.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@blushproof.co.za. Please send photos showing any issues.
Refunds due to damages or issues
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. Refunds can take up to 7 days to process.
