I bought both a regular pair as well as the bikini pair. They arrived just before i started my period so i got to test them. As someone who struggles with a very heavy flow and has it impact my running and swimming these seem to be life changing. I was still able to for a swim and run without struggeling with pads or avoiding swimming due to the period.
