Swimwear is now available in Light and Moderate, while the Thong remains in Light only, as it’s for spotting, light days and as a backup to a cup.

Our Super absorption panties are ideal for very heavy flows, including those with Endometriosis or PCOS. They're also perfect for overnight use or managing light to moderate bladder leaks. Just note: the thicker padding means they take longer to dry. For most customers, Heavy absorption is more than enough.
